💍 Memorial Jewellery

 

What materials do you use for your jewellery?All of our jewellery is crafted from sterling silver or 9ct gold, ensuring lasting quality and timeless beauty.

 

How is the jewellery made?Each piece is handcrafted with care using your loved one’s ashes or preserved flowers, set in resin and coloured according to your choice. Every memory is unique — and so is every keepsake.

 

Can you use flowers instead of ashes?Yes. We can use flowers, ashes, or both in your jewellery. It’s a beautiful way to honour a loved one through preserved blooms.

 

How do I send flowers for jewellery?Trim the stems, wrap them in damp tissue and foil, and place them in a box padded with tissue. Full instructions are shown in the images of each product listing.

 

What if I want to include something else (hair, fabric, etc.)?We can also include hair, pet fur, or fabric.

🌸 Flower Preservation

 

Do you make keepsakes from funeral flowers?Yes. We specialise in preserving flowers from funerals and special occasions. They can be turned into jewellery, paperweights, or decorative pieces.

 

How long does flower preservation take?Our turnaround is around 10 weeks, but can extend to 12 weeks depending on the drying process and the season.

 

Can I use fresh flowers?Absolutely. Just trim the stems, wrap them in damp tissue and foil, and pack securely in a padded box.

🧸 Memory Bears

 

What can be used to make a Memory Bear?We use clean clothing that holds sentimental value — shirts, pyjamas, baby grows, etc. Items with strong odours or visible bodily fluid stains cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.

 

What size are the bears?Each bear sits at 12 inches tall and is approximately 16 inches in length.

 

Will unused fabric be returned?Yes — unused items are returned unless otherwise requested. Scraps are typically disposed of, but if you'd like them returned, just let us know in advance.

 

📦 Sending Your Items

 

Do I receive a collection kit?We provide a collection kit for ashes only, which includes:

A small labelled pot

Your order form

A prepaid return envelope

 

How do I send clothing or flowers?Clothing: Place your clean garment in a postal bag and send it to the address we’ll provide after your order.

Flowers: Wrap fresh flowers as described above, in damp tissue and foil, then pack them in a box with tissue padding.

 

Where do I send my items?Our full address is emailed to you after you place your order. Please include your name and order number in the package.

 

⏳ Turnaround & Delivery

 

How long does it take to receive my finished item?

Jewellery and bears: approx. 10 weeks

Flower-based keepsakes: up to 12 weeks, depending on drying time. We’ll stay in touch throughout the process.

 

How will my order be delivered?We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Special Delivery for secure and reliable postage.

Can I order from abroad?At this time, we only ship within the UK due to postage regulations and the sensitive nature of the items we work with.
