What is memorial jewellery?

Memorial jewellery is a beautiful way to keep a part of your loved one close. We create each piece using a small amount of ashes, hair, fur, or preserved funeral flowers, carefully set in resin and finished in the colours and style you choose.

How do I send you the ashes, hair, or flowers?

Once you place an order, we’ll send you a collection kit within 3 working days. It includes everything you need to safely send us a small amount of ashes, hair, fur, or flowers, along with instructions and a form to fill in your details.

How much ashes, hair, or flowers do you need?

We only need a small amount — typically about a teaspoon of ashes, a lock of hair/fur, or a few petals. Any unused ashes or items will always be returned to you with your finished piece.

Can I choose the colours or style?

Absolutely. We offer a range of colours using crushed opals and can also create custom blends (e.g., rainbow, seaside, or any theme that’s special to you). If you have something unique in mind, just contact us — we love working on custom ideas.

How long will it take?

  • Sterling Silver Jewellery: 3–7 days from receiving your inclusions.

  • Gold Jewellery: 10–12 weeks (to allow for hallmarking and crafting).

  • Memory Bears & Flower Preservation: 8–12 weeks.

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

What if I don’t know my ring size?

No problem! Select ‘Unsure’ when ordering and we’ll include a ring sizer in your collection kit.

Are the ashes visible?

They can be either hidden or visible — the choice is yours. We’ll discuss your preferences when you order.

Do you provide a certificate of authentication?

Yes. We can include a free certificate of authentication with your order. Just provide your loved one’s full name in the personalisation box when ordering.

Do you return unused ashes or items?

Yes. Any unused ashes, hair, or flowers will be carefully returned to you with your completed jewellery or keepsake.

Can I see examples of your work?

Yes! You can find examples on our website, our Etsy shop (with hundreds of 5-star reviews), and on social media.

Can you make something completely custom?

We’d be honoured. Whether you have a unique colour palette, a special theme, or a specific design in mind, we’ll work with you to create the perfect piece.

Jewellery Aftercare

To keep your jewellery looking its best:

  • Avoid wearing it in water (bathing, swimming, or washing up).

  • Keep away from harsh chemicals (cleaning products, perfumes, lotions).

  • Store in a soft pouch or jewellery box when not in use.

  • Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth to clean.

Resin is strong and durable but should still be treated as fine jewellery.
