Shipping Policy – Starshine Memorials

Processing Times

All of our items are handcrafted and made to order with care. Processing time begins once we receive your inclusions (ashes, flowers, or clothing).

  • Sterling Silver Jewellery: Please allow 3–7 working days from the receipt of ashes or inclusions.

  • Gold Jewellery: Please allow 10–12 weeks from the receipt of ashes or inclusions.

  • Flower Preservation Items: Please allow 8–12 weeks from the date we receive your flowers.

  • Memory Bears: Please allow 10–12 weeks from the date we receive your clothing.

  • Ready-to-ship items (where applicable) are dispatched within 3–5 working days.

You’ll receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details where available.

Delivery Options & Timeframes (UK Only)

We currently ship throughout the UK only.

  • All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked or courier service with tracking

  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 1–3 working days

  • Shipping upgrades may be available at checkout

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Orders over a certain value may qualify for free UK delivery — this will be clearly shown at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

Once your parcel has been handed over to the postal service, we are not responsible for delays caused by external carriers. However, if your item hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at info@starshinememorials.co.uk and we’ll do everything we can to help.
